Why is there not a public dollar amount yet?
The founding program includes hands-on migration and implementation, so price depends materially on record volume and condition. A public standard plan will follow once the implementation pattern is repeatable. Your board receives a complete price before deciding.
Does a fit review create an obligation?
No. It determines whether the current product and pilot structure are appropriate. Nothing begins until the written proposal is accepted.
What if HOAvenue is not yet ready for our needs?
We will say so. The proposal identifies unavailable capabilities, dependencies, and any workflow that should remain in an existing system.
Can we retrieve our data?
Yes. Association records remain exportable. The proposal documents the export format, retention window, and closeout process.
