This notice describes how HOAvenue handles information on this prelaunch website. It does not yet govern a future HOAvenue software subscription, which will have a separate product privacy notice before customer data is accepted.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact HOAvenue by email or use the founding-access form, you may provide your name, email address, association name, community size, management model, and details about your association's needs. The website form opens a prepared message in your email application. The website itself does not store the information entered in that form.
Information collected automatically
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics. Standard hosting infrastructure may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as browser type, timestamps, requested pages, and network information.
How inquiry information is used
Information received by email is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate founding-program fit, plan product development, and maintain the resulting business relationship. It is not sold.
Sharing
Information may be handled by service providers that support email, hosting, security, and ordinary business operations. It may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or platform integrity.
Retention and choices
Inquiry correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above and ordinary business records. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided by emailing privacy@hoavenue.com.
Changes
This notice will be updated before HOAvenue begins processing association or resident data through the software platform. The effective date above will identify the current version.
